Using a jump rope can be a fun way to spice up a boring and uninteresting weight-loss workout and best of all, it can help you strengthen and tone your shoulder and back area, whilst burning calories!
Resistance bands are such a convenient exercise tool to keep with you. According to Lifehack.org, you can use one to perform a simple rowing motion by pulling the band around your feet and moving your hands in a rowing motion, whilst sitting on the floor. This exercise can give your back and shoulders a fabulous workout!
