Up your cardio workout to reduce your weight

Adding more cardiovascular(cardio) exercises to your workout may help you to burn more calories – thus supporting fat loss.

What are cardio exercises?

Simply put, cardio exercises involve those exercises that tend to increase our heart rate, making us breathe faster and take in more oxygen. These exercises can include swimming, jumping rope, cycling, rowing, etc.

Not all cardio exercises involve the use of exercise equipment or tools. For example, you could go for a short run or even climb stairs at a fast pace to get your heart pumping faster and breathing rate increased. All you will need is some time to get moving!
